Courtney M. Robbins, MD, FAAD
Dr. Courtney Robbins is a native of Mississippi where she attended and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, where she graduated first in her class. After completing an internship in Internal Medicine at Baptist Health System in Birmingham, she went on to complete her dermatology residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham
During this time she participated as co-investigator in numerous clinical trials in various dermatologic disorders including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, acne, actinic keratosis, and fungal infections of the skin and nails. She is a board certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
In addition, she is an active member of the Alabama Dermatology Society, Women’s Dermatologic Society and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Robbins specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology with special interests in psoriasis, acne, skin cancer prevention, and pediatric dermatology.
Dr. Robbins and her husband, Dr. Leff Robbins, have two wonderful children Owen and Noah. She enjoys traveling, playing piano, attending theater and symphony productions, and spending time with family and friends in her spare time. She is an active member of Dawson Memorial Baptist Church.
